I did NOT file a Youtube Copyright Complaint

IT'S BACK!!

I am contacting Youtube right now about this. I love the video and want it back up.

Also, check out this awesome e-mail I got just now. Getting plenty like this:

"your an asshole. why did you copyright nyancat??? we loved that video, and so did youtube. but you had to go be a douchebag and copyright the video and take it down. fuck you prguitar man. the internet hates you. i hate you. go burn in hell. put the video back up and we will love you. also, that poor person! she/he was lonely! nyan cat was the only video that she/he had views on. and you took it from that poor person. i want you to leave the internet. leave. just leave. we all hate you now. you can hate us back. but we dont care. just go. and never come back. your the meanest mother fucker in the world. go."

yaaaayy

Edit: Also, if anybody knows the best way to reach Youtube I would LOVE to hear it. I've already sent a form but who knows how long that'll take.

Edit: I received an e-mail back from Youtube, which says:

""The email address that you have provided does not match the email address of the account in question. In order for us to review your issue, you must be the owner of the account. To resubmit your request, please return to the YouTube Help Center ""

So I've contacted Saraj00n about this. I also tried to file a counter DMCA (lol the irony), but it says:

"" A counter-notification is a legal demand that YouTube restore your video. There may be severe adverse legal consequences if this process is misused: if the original claimant does not want the video on YouTube, the claimant will be required to sue you.

If you are not prepared to face the claimant in court, you should not proceed.
To dispute a copyright claim, you must be certain that you have all the necessary rights to post the video to YouTube
including both audio and video.
If you do not have the rights, you MUST NOT submit a counter-notification. Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be liable for damages.A counter-notification is not a valid forum for apologies or to seek restoration of an account terminated due to valid copyright claims.""

So NOW I've contacted Daniwell, who is the owner of the song since Youtube states I need 100% rights to have this up. Funny how someone can easily make a complaint but to actually prove it the owner has to jump through all of these hoops. FUN TIMES! But seriously, there is a lot of work involved here and it's pretty stressful.

Meanwhile, people are flagging my videos on Youtube and giving me death threats just like upstanding Internet citizens usually do. Good job.

Anyway, I've been working at this for about two or three hours and have done the most I can for now. Saraj00n, Daniwell, and Youtube have been contacted and I am just now waiting for each of their replies so we can work on getting the video back up.

ANOTHER edit:

Filed ANOOOTHERR claim with Youtube with further information, even with my original Copyright papers, requesting the submission to be put back online. I made it extremely obvious this time. This is way too much trouble. :D

In the meantime, for those of you who CANNOT LIVE A SINGLE MOMENT WITHOUT IT and can't find one of the hundred other Youtube videos out there with the same content,
you can check out my web version and the page where I originally posted it here:
